Scope of Waiver
By registering for Juego Todo seminars, sparring sessions, tryouts, tournaments, or sanctioned bouts, participants acknowledge inherent risks associated with martial arts and combat sports activity.
Assumption of Risk
- Contact strikes, weapon engagement, takedowns, and conditioning drills
- Injury ranging from minor bruising to serious physical harm
- Property damage to personal equipment or venue facilities
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release Juego Todo, JTGC members, partner gyms, officials, venues, and sponsors from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to authorized league activity, except where prohibited by law.
Medical Representation
- Participants confirm they are physically fit to participate
- Existing injuries or conditions must be disclosed during registration
- Emergency medical treatment may be authorized when necessary
